Welcome to Hyzonia, a web platform which enables you to create your adver-game in type of “HyzoLand” and “HyzoBox” as “Publisher”, introduce, promote and market your products and services as “Advertisers” and use Hyzonia platform for promoting, marketing and advertising your client’s products, services and concepts as “Agency” and join and play in HyzoLands and HyzoBoxes as “Player” (“Member”).
Hyzonia services (“Hyzonia”, “Hyzonia platform” or “Services” or “Our services”) are operated by RENA FZCO. (“us”, “we”, “Hyzonia” or “RENA”), a Free Zone registered in Dubai/United Arab Emirates Company.
We may occasionally update this Privacy Policy. If we do, we will update the effective date at the top of the Privacy Policy. We encourage you to periodically review this Privacy Policy to stay informed about our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information on Hyzonia platform. Your continued use of Hyzonia platform constitutes your agreement to this Privacy Policy and any updates.
By browsing, accessing, using or registering at www.hyzonia.com, you signify that you read, understand and agree to be bound by this “Privacy Policy” (“Privacy” or “agreement”).
Like most web-based services, Hyzonia automatically receives and records information on our server logs from your browser when you use Hyzonia platform. Hyzonia may use a variety of methods, including "cookies" to collect this information to administer, operate, and improve Hyzonia platform and our other services and systems, and to provide services and content that are tailored to you, this includes providing customized advertisements and monitoring and reporting of the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. If we directly combine any information gathered with personal information, we treat the combined information as personal information under this Privacy Policy. Otherwise, we use information in aggregated or other non-personally identifiable forms.
Hyzonia runs advertisers’ campaigns in adver-games. These third party advertisers send the advertisements that appear within an adver-game on a publisher website. We do not provide your personal information to these third-party Advertisers without your consent. However, please note that if an Advertiser asks Hyzonia to show an advertisement to a certain audience or audience segment and you respond to that advertisement, the Advertiser may conclude that you fit the description of the audience that they were trying to reach.
You should consult the respective privacy policies of these third-party Advertisers as this Privacy Policy does not apply to, and we cannot control the activities of, such other Advertisers or websites.
We may also obtain information, including personal information, from third-party sources. This includes certain personal information that may be provided to us through the use of Hyzonia platform on Publishers or third party websites. If we directly combine information from other third parties with personal information that we collect on Hyzonia platform, we will treat the combined information as personal information and handle it in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
We may use personal information to operate, provide, improve, and maintain Hyzonia platform, and our other services and systems, and to develop new products and services; to prevent abusive and fraudulent use of Hyzonia platform and our other services and systems; to personalize and display advertisements (via our adver-games) and other content on Hyzonia platform; to send you administrative messages, and information about adver-games, content, and Hyzonia services in which we believe you may be interested; and for other administrative and internal business purposes.
We will not sell, transfer, rent, share or disclose your personally identifiable information to other companies. We will not use your email address to send you 'spam', or authorize others to do so.
Please be aware, however, that any information that you voluntarily choose to display on any publicly available portion of Hyzonia platform, or on any adver-game becomes publicly available and may be collected and used by Publishers, Advertisers, Agencies, Hyzonia or others without restriction.
Hyzonia may provide personal information to third parties for their use in performing internal business functions (e.g., payment processing, maintenance, security, data analysis or data hosting) on our behalf.
Although Hyzonia currently does not have a parent company or any subsidiaries, joint venture partners, or other companies that it controls or is under common control with "affiliates", it may in the future. Hyzonia may share some of all or your personal information with its affiliates, in which case we will seek to require those affiliates to honor this Privacy Policy.
We care about protecting your privacy, except when we are requested to do so by law, or when this action is a necessity to comply with a legal procedure claimed against us, or when we intend to protect personal safety of our users or others.
In the event of changing in ownership, or a merger with, acquisition by, or sale of assets to another entity, Hyzonia reserves the right to transfer all of your personal information, including email addresses, to that entity. Hyzonia will use reasonable efforts to notify registered users of such a transfer.

Hyzonia will not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage or ant sort incurred as the result of these illegal access.
By using Hyzonia platform or providing personal information to us, you agree that we can communicate with you electronically regarding security, privacy, and administrative issues relating to your use of Hyzonia platform.
At any time, you may update, correct or delete some categories of your personal information or ask to deactivate or terminate your account, but your personal information may be retained in our backup files and archives for a reasonable period of time for legal purposes.
Hyzonia platform, and the network of its adver-games, may contain links to websites and services provided by third parties including but not limited to Publishers, Advertisers and Agencies. Any personal information you provide on third-party sites or services is provided directly to that third party and is subject to that third party's policies governing privacy and security. We are not responsible for the content or privacy and security practices and policies of third-party sites or services to which links are displayed on Hyzonia platform or in adver-games. We encourage you to learn about third parties' privacy and security policies before providing them with your personal information.
